Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day returns policy for online purchases. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@geericci.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please indicate this when returning your item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
